Elwarm's PD25 is the largest of Elwarm’s products. It can deliver up to a maximum of 25 kW at frequencies ranging from 10 kHz to 50 kHz.

These Heaters find applications in melting small quantities of Precious metals like Silver and Gold, Iron& steel, Copper, Brass, and Aluminum and for Mass heating in Forging Shops, Brazing of heavy bus bars in Electrical Industries.

PD 25 are supplied as mobile units with tilting furnaces for melting /with tunnel coils for Billet Heating / with channel type coil for Bar- end Heating. It is also built with integrated cooling water systems.

Elwarm's PD15 is designed to deliver up to a maximum of 15 kW at frequencies ranging from 10 kHz to 100 kHz.

These Heaters find applications in hardening of small auto-components, Brazing of heavy Copper Bus bars, Brass pipe fittings etc.

PD15 are supplied as mobile units with integral cooling water systems for use in automated production assembly lines.

Elwarm's PC6000 is for applications which require higher power. It runs on 3 phase 415 V mains to deliver up to a maximum of 6 kW at higher frequencies up to 300 kHz.

While the Power supply unit is air cooled, its remote heating station with Hand-held transformer and Heating inductor is water cooled which permit its use for continuous production applications.

Apart from its application as Maintenance and Repair tool, PC-6000 may used as Bar-end Heater for forging applications, for making Brazed joints in small parts like diamond tip brazing and also for small Shrink fitting applications.

Elwarm's PC3000 is air cooled, runs on Single phase 230 V mains power, yet delivering enough power to heat most metals in seconds. It comes with a handheld transformer to enable delivering concentrated power focused on to areas which are difficult to access.

This product is a very good alternative to gas torches for various heating applications.

Users can quickly attach heating coils of various sizes and forms to suit the contours of the objects to be heated. PC 3000 could be a very convenient Heating tool in the hands of the Maintenance and Repair technicians.

Elwarm's PL15 / PL30 are High frequency Solid state power supplies which can deliver 15kW and 30 kw respectively at frequencies up to 400 kHz.

Its power and frequencies make it a very efficient and low cost alternative to Vacuum Tube power supplies which were used for several decades for most applications.

PL15 / PL30 are designed to tolerate open circuits, short circuits and mismatched loads like its predecessor “Vacuum Tube power supplies” but it is more compact and more efficient.
